We are committed to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and governance. Heidi Health has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in any form. We are committed to ensuring that our operations and supply chains do not contribute to modern slavery or human exploitation.
Heidi Health provides software and AI‑enabled services to healthcare organisations. Our UK operations comprise a co‑working office at 140 Goswell Road, London EC1V 7DY and a hybrid workforce. We purchase SaaS and cloud services, professional services, and end‑user IT equipment. Based on our operating model, we assess our inherent modern slavery risk as generally low, but we recognise specific risks can arise in multi‑tier global supply chains (e.g., hardware and certain services).
We apply risk‑based due diligence at sourcing, onboarding, and renewal:

Colleagues involved in procurement and supplier management receive awareness training on modern slavery and human trafficking, including how to recognise indicators and escalate concerns. We keep our teams informed of relevant guidance available on www.gov.uk and other authoritative sources.
We encourage employees, contractors, and suppliers to report concerns or suspected incidents of modern slavery or human trafficking. Reports can be made confidentially to:
