Independent, unlimited clinical answers

Evidence is currently available worldwide.
Heidi Evidence helps you find and verify clinical answers quickly, grounded in trusted sources. Ask a question in plain language and get a structured, citation-backed response with no sponsored results or paid prioritisation. Use Evidence for:
- Pre-clinic prep (guidelines, criteria, dosing)
- In-consult sense-checking (confirm what a guideline says and open it)
- Teaching, supervision, and reflection
- Reviewing nuanced or evolving evidence
Access Evidence anytime from the sidebar, or use Evidence in Ask Heidi during sessions (available outside the UK, EU, and South Africa). In-session usage is unlimited on Evidence Plus, Clinician, Evidence Team, Practice, and Enterprise plans, and limited on Free (with in-product prompts when you reach the cap).
Every answer includes inline citations, prioritises regionally aligned guidance where available, and draws from curated clinical sources such as guidelines, medicines references, and published research (source availability varies by region and plan).
Source Control (available on paid Evidence plans) lets you tailor which sources inform responses, including presets, and organisational Library.
Available on web, desktop, and iOS (v2.5.0+). Android coming soon.

Comms is currently available in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada and United States only. Coming soon to other markets.
Heidi Comms manages patient communication across voice, texts and chat, handling both inbound and outbound interactions on behalf of your practice. From appointment reminders and medication follow-ups to front-desk enquiries, Comms automates routine conversations so your team spends less time on the phone and more time on patient care.
Comms works with or without EHR integration, configured to your clinic's workflows, tone and escalation preferences. Every interaction is logged and summarised automatically, keeping your team informed without adding admin.

Admins on Practice-Tier teams can now customise patient consent messages appearing for clinicians on their Team(s) when a new session is being transcribed.
Write your own message to better reflect the language needed for your clinic, relevant regulatory compliance, and specialty. When updated, the new message rolls out to all clinicians within your Team(s) automatically.

Custom Headers, Footers, and Signatures for PDFs
Carry your clinics brand on your exported documents
For Pro and Practice users, add a logo, clinic details in the header, and a personalised signature in the footer, so every PDF you export from Heidi looks professional and consistent.
Headers support an uploaded image or logo, plus text that is configurable to your brand (bold, spacing, etc).
For footers, type in your name and choose from several font styles, or add a personal signature.

- New Medical Codes are now available for users in the EU, including CIM-10 France, CIM-10 Spain and ICD-10-GM. Head to Settings → Coding → Toggle ON to activate in your sessions.
